The MK PanoMachine is an advanced panorama head for stit ching, solid build, very strong powerfull motors, a precision tool to create cylindrical, spherical and multi-row panoramas as well as video, time-lapse, object movies, HDR. We offer the MK PanoMachine fully or semi motorized. Of course, only the horizontal drive can be ordered. It´s modular build to allow the combination with your own panoramic tripod head or our turntable for object movies. Using an IR remote control to operate easily without touching the housing. It´s compatible with any digital camera with release cable. So the MK PanoMachine is perfect for spherical photography, virtual tours, gigapixel imaging, 32-bit HDR (CGI), video and time-lapse (3600 positions / 360°).

Our MK PanoMachine comes complete with 6 modes:
1.) Stop & Shoot mode for simply perfect panoramas
In the traditional program the camera stops at each position. The MK PanoMachine moves into position, it slows down and stabilizes. Stopped it can wake up the camera (long-term documentation), activate the focus and trigger the camera. Also, the bracketing program of the camera can be activated. Then the system turns to the next position...
The MK PanoMachine can not only shoot the same number of shots in each row, no, there's more. The device automatically calculates the sphere, the required rows and optimized number of shots in each row. No external panoramic calculator is necessary.
2.) HighSpeed mode from 2 seconds / 360° with pre-acceleration and deceleration (Non-stop shooting)
When time is of the essence
Busy situations, such as street and crowd scenes, or rapidly changing lighting conditions sometimes serve to make the panorama photographer's work next to impossible.
We have developed the MK PanoMachine with this in mind by creating its High-Speed Mode. This innovation allows your drive to accelerate to a fast speed before the shutter is released, meaning that a full 360-degree rotation can be shot in just 2 seconds! Then the system slows down carefully.
The fastest time of 2 seconds is possible, for example with a Canon EOS 5D Mark II.
This ensures that the whole process of shooting a single row can be achieved accurately and in a very short period of time, decreasing the likelihood of people or objects moving between shots and reducing your post-production workflow.
(This is the fastest speed and there could be instances when, using heavier cameras, a slower rotation occurs. Please ask for more details.)
3.) 360CR mode for fast panoramas from 4 seconds / 360° - continuous rotation with triggering position exactly
MK PanoMachine's 360 CR Mode allows for panoramas to be taken with a continuous rotation of as little as four seconds; with the camera shooting in Non-Stop Mode, the shutter is triggered precisely at the right moment for only those images you require.
4.) Time-Lapse mode for horizontal, diagonal and verical movement (with stop & shoot)
The Time-Lapse mode allow you to fully explore and discover a new range of possibilities. Together with our Vertical Drive, horizontal, diagonal and vertical motions are possible. And there is more:
By combining the MK PanoMachine with our revolutionary MK ScanMachine, your work can be taken to a new level of sophistication through its ability to take photographs along a third, lateral plane, making our full range of products truly remarkable.
A must for those with longer projects in mind, the integrated intervallometer allows you to set the MK PanoMachine to take a series of images even when you are not there! It can be programmed to take full 360-degree single- and, when combined with the Vertical Drive, multi-row images at fixed intervals of time. Up to 5000 rotations or individual exposures from a single position are possible within a time frame of your choosing.
5.) Video mode to use the HD video function of the camera up to 24h / 360° (non stop moving)
By providing both clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation, horizontally (X) and vertically (Y) movement, fast and very slow speed the MK PanoMachine allows you to use the full potential of your camera's HD video in capturing movies in a unique and exciting way that allows you increase your potential and extend your boundaries as a photographer.
6.) Turntable mode for Object Movies
By developing the MK PanoMachine to also act a turntable, we have made the rendering of object movies an easy task. The precise rotation of the turntable allows you to photograph near objects with utmost precision each and every time.
